WINTER 2024

HELENA MADEFAIR December 6-7

I’ll be in Helena at the Lewis & Clark Fairgrounds for the Helena Madefair. Come by Friday evening from 5-8 for a $10 VIP pass, and a chance too see all of the work first before the crowds get there. I’ll also be there all day Saturday from 10-4.

MISSOULA MADEFAIR December 15

I’ll also be participating in the Missoula Madefair, held on the University campus at the Adams Center. You can get in early with a VIP pass from 9-11, or enter free after 11. The show stays open til 5. This show is a big one with over 190 local and regional artists selling their work, and a great place to get all of your holiday shopping done.

HOME SALE December 22

In what is becoming an annual tradition, I’ll be having a home sale from 3-7 along with my good friends Josh Quick (Quick Facts Books) and David Miles Lusk (Anomal Press). Donna Flannery, another friend and Missoula potter will be joining us this year. It’s one of my favorite events, somewhere between a party and a sale. It’s also the only time of the year when I have discounted seconds available for sale. If you’re in Missoula, please feel free to reach out for the address.

Winter 2021

HELENA MADEFAIR December 4th and 5th

I’m really looking forward to spending the weekend back in the town that brought me to Montana in the first place as a Resident Artist at the Archie Bray. The Helena MADEfair will be held at the Lewis & Clark Fairgrounds Saturday December 4th from 10-5 and Sunday December 5th from 10-4.

WINTER MERCANTILE December 15th

I’ll be participating in a pretty wonderful pop-up at Western Cider in Missoula with some of my favorite local makers Wednesday December 15th from 4-8 pm. Come stop by and enjoy some delicious cider.

SHOWROOM MISSOULA December 19th

I’ll be doing a two person pop-up at the dreamy space that is Showroom, Sunday December 19th from 3-5. It would be lovely to see you there!

HOME SALE TBD!!!

I’m still in the planning stages for a backyard sale at my house with my dear friends Josh Quick (MT Quick Facts) and David Miles Lusk of Anomaly's Press. It will be close t Christmas, I will have new work as well as some seconds. There will be a fire pit and snacks and fun times with fun people.

If you are not local to Missoula, but were interested in getting some work, I have work available at Radius Gallery as part of their 8th annual Holiday Show, as well as the Archie Bray Foundation Gallery as part of their Holiday Sale.

Spring 2021

50 MUG SALE

About a year ago, when the pandemic was in its early stages, and everything felt extremely uncertain, I was having trouble focusing in the studio. When I don’t have a lot of new ideas in the studio, but I know that I need to get working, I’ll generally just start making mugs. The repetitiveness of the process lets my mind wander and usually helps me break through a dry spell in the studio. I decided to make one hundred mugs of solitude. A year later, I wanted to somewhat revive what I hope will be an annual revisiting, but this time with just 50 mugs (which is still a lot :)

My sale will open Tuesday March 9th at 10 AM MST. There will be a lot to choose from, so I hope you can find a good one to add to your daily routine.

WESTERN CIDER

I’ll be having a show opening Friday March 5th at Western Cider in Missoula, MT called “The Little Things". There will be mugs for sale as well as a selection of some small watercolor and gouache paintings I’ve been working on. Sadly, but understandably, there will be no first Friday reception, but the show will be up through the end of April

CERAMICS INVITATIONAL

I am very excited to be a part of the 6th annual Ceramics Invitational at Radius Gallery in Missoula, MT opening April 23rd.

Summer 2017

It's hard to feel like summer is coming since I woke up to snow in Missoula this morning, but just wanted to share some things I've got coming up over the next few months.

JUNE

I'll be teaching a two day hands-on workshop at AMOCA in Pomona, California with Melissa Mencini June 3rd and 4th. The workshop will focus on a variety of different surface decorating techniques including screen printing on clay, sgraffito, slip application and water etching.

I will also be participating in the Missoula MADEfair Sunday June 25th at Caras Park from 11-6.

JULY

I'm happy to announce that I'll be the July featured artist at Red Lodge Clay Center.

I will also have work for sale as part of The Montana Clay tour. I'll be hosted by Mel Griffin and David Peters in Helena July 22nd-23rd from 10-4.

Renegade Craft Fair- Portland

This coming weekend- July 25th and 26th, I will be bringing my work on the road to participate in the Renegade Craft Fair. I'm really looking forward to catching up with old friends and being a part of this event which hosts shows in cities around the country.
